Each barn is a 28 stall
barn, and has a 36’ x 180’ main section with two 36’ x 36’ wings. Just inside the front entry is a
12’ x 24’ office. Three tack rooms provide 576 sq. ft of tack inventory. The hayloft has over 2100 sq ft of floor
space. It has a ‘Cross-Flow’ breezeway where horses and riders can enter and exit through six 12’ x 9’
breezeway sliding doors or through one of the 28 Dutch door turnouts. The 276’ of 12’ wide breezeway provides
generous space for horses and riders to travel uninhibited. Each barn is interconnected to protect from the heat and humidity
of the summer and the chills and drafts of the winter. This makes it more comfortable for horses and their riders to handle
the hot days of Summer and the winter cold ones we experience in Virginia. These barns are also connected to the indoor show
arena/observation lounge.
All stalls are 12’
x 12’ and each one has a swing-out feeder and automatic watering system that ensures fresh water at all times. All stalls
have heavy duty galvanized stall fronts, chew protection, the equi-terr flooring system to ensure drainage of fluids and Dutch
door turnouts. Each stall in our personal barns has been assigned a number and that number corresponds with the tack room.
