Please note that all of your horses are very healthy and well cared for! It’s obvious that you love these beautiful creatures very much. I’m sending you the complete written reports. I’m not sending a copy of the chart as it doesn’t seem to copy well in my emails. You can view it on Amerty Equine’s Veterinary web site in a few days. Each of the documents you will receive is an official report and all information is copyrighted.

Clinical report for Lope Along Amanda -   Lopy, as we called her, is a beautiful mare. She’s a bit on the small side, but she’s still in the growing stages. I’d like to see her put on some weight. All of her vitals were good. Her teeth were okay this time. The CRI went well. She was excited to get out and run. I was able to observe her at the trot, and she has some lean muscles and good strong legs. There were no injuries to report.

Vaccinations given: 4-way vaccination of WE/EE, Influenza, and Strangles (combined into a single injection to ease giving multiple  injections.)  Rabies, Tetanus and EVA.

Dewormed: Yes! Medication used: Oxibendazole.
Coggins Blood Test Results: NEGATIVE.

This is a certified document of health for Lope Along Amanda. She was examined by Amy S. Kelly of Amerty Equine Vet and Farrier Services on July 11, 2009.

Clinical report for Nike In the Moment-  I just love his stockings! He’s so cute with all of his markings. All of his vitals were good. He should make a great eventing horse for you. His nose and eyes were both clear; His teeth were fine for this visit.  The CRI went well. I had my assistant, Mitchell, saddle up and ride Nike for the test. His comment afterwards was he’s definitely got the urge to please his rider. I was not able to find any injuries or problems to be concerned about.

Clinical report for Miss Sandy Lou- Sandy, as we called her, is cute as a button! It looks like she stepped her two front feet in to paint buckets! All of her vitals were normal. She has nice strong legs and lean muscles! She’s definitely going to be one to watch when she starts to show in the eventing discipline. Her teeth were good this time. Her CRI went very well. Because of her age, we didn’t saddle her up. She trotted beautifully showing off her beautiful gait. There were no problems or injuries to report.

Clinical report for Apatche’s Pride- Prides vitals are normal. His nose and eyes were clear. He’s got good strong legs and lean muscles! He is definitely in shape to start showing in 3DE’s. His teeth will have to be done on our next visit. If they become bothersome before our next visit, call and let us know and we’ll make another visit. The CRI went great! Mitchell saddled up and rode him. He was very excited about this and couldn’t wait to get on board! He’s got great movements, gaits and he strives to please his rider. There were no injuries to report.

Clinical report for Molly Moo- Molly is one of the sweetest mares I’ve ever seen. She was NOT very happy with us for the work we did on her teeth. Because of the work we’ve done on her teeth, her mouth might be a bit sore. Don’t be surprised if she doesn’t eat too much over the next few days. She should be better in a few days. All of her vitals were normal. The CRI went well. Mitchell observed her and said she’s got great gaits, and there were no injuries to report.
